Senior Bookkeeper

TalentC is partnering with a global IT holding company to find a Senior Bookkeeper (Payroll & Bookkeeping Specialist) who will take full responsibility for the financial heartbeat of the company!

About the Company

We are a growing international group operating in the digital and SaaS space. With a fully remote, globally distributed team and multiple entities across different jurisdictions, we focus on efficiency, transparency, and innovation. We are looking for a high-ownership financial professional to join us and streamline our global financial operations.

This is a 100% remote position where you will take full responsibility for the financial operations. You will be working directly with the Founders and Executive Leadership, you will ensure that our global team is paid on time, our records are impeccable, and our financial processes are built for scale.

What You’ll Do

• Global Payroll Mastery: Manage end-to-end payroll for employees and contractors worldwide, primarily through Deel.

• Full-Cycle Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records across multiple group entities and subsidiaries using QuickBooks.

• Payment Operations: Oversee accounts payable, process invoices promptly, and ensure seamless coordination with vendors.

• Reconciliations & Reporting: Handle multi-currency reconciliations and ensure bookkeeping consistency across the entire group.

• Process Ownership: Identify opportunities to automate workflows and bring more structure to our international financial operations.

What we expect from you:

• Experienced: 3+ years in bookkeeping or payroll management, ideally within a SaaS, tech, or digital product environment.

• Tool Expert: Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and contractor management platforms (experience with Deel is a significant plus).

• Independent & Disciplined: You thrive in a remote-first environment and take full ownership of your tasks without needing constant supervision.

• Structure-Oriented: You love building order out of complexity and have a keen eye for detail.

• Fluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for collaborating with our global team.
