Our long-term vision is to shift consumers away from traditional supplement routines toward more intelligent, personalized, and effective wellness solutions.

We are preparing for commercial launch in Sept/Oct 2026 and are looking for a highly creative, execution-oriented designer to help shape the visual identity of the brand across every customer touchpoint.

This is an opportunity to join an early-stage, high-growth consumer brand at the ground floor and help define the creative direction of a category-defining company.

Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time Senior Brand & Creative Designer, ideally based in or close to Montreal, to join the team immediately.

This person should be highly skilled in:

• Brand identity and visual systems
• Creative execution for DTC/ecommerce
• Paid social creative
• Landing pages and product storytelling
• Packaging and product visualization
• Creative direction across digital channels

The ideal candidate combines strong aesthetic taste with fast execution and understands how to build creative that performs in modern consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Help establish and evolve the Clic visual identity system
• Design high-performing paid social creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other growth channels
• Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns across product launches and brand initiatives
• Create landing pages, ecommerce assets, email creative, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate closely with founders, growth, and operations teams on creative strategy and execution
• Support packaging, product rendering, and visual storytelling initiatives
• Maintain strong brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Rapidly iterate on creative based on performance feedback and testing data

Ideal Experience

• 4+ years of experience in brand, ecommerce, or consumer startup design
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• Brand identity work
• Paid social ads
• Ecommerce / Shopify design
• Packaging or product creative
• High-end modern visual aesthetics
• Experience working with fast-moving DTC brands preferred
• Strong understanding of performance creative and conversion-oriented design
• Ability to operate autonomously in a startup environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Motion / light animation experience
• Shopify familiarity
• AI-assisted creative workflows
• Product rendering / mockups
