Senior Brand & Digital Marketing Officer

Position Overview

The Senior Brand & Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing the company’s brand positioning, digital marketing strategy, and media presence to strengthen market visibility, drive user acquisition, and support product growth.

This role ensures consistent brand identity, high-performance marketing campaigns, and measurable digital expansion across all platforms.

Core Responsibilities

1- Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines
  • Define market positioning and messaging
  • Ensure consistent brand voice across platforms
  • Oversee creative direction for all campaigns

2- Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Build user acquisition and conversion funnels
  • Optimize campaigns based on ROI and performance data
  • Manage SEO and performance marketing strategies
  • Monitor CAC, engagement, and conversion metrics

3- Media & Content Development

  • Oversee social media strategy
  • Supervise content creation (video, graphics, articles)
  • Develop educational and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate media partnerships and influencer collaborations

4- Analytics & Reporting

  • Track marketing KPIs
  • Deliver monthly performance reports
  • Recommend campaign improvements
  • Align marketing performance with business revenue goals

Minimum 3-7 years experience in brand management and digital marketing, with proven success building strong market presence, executing performance-driven campaigns, and managing multi-platform media strategies in fintech, financial services, or investment-related industries.
