Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior / Expert Brand Graphics Designer to lead and elevate our brand identity across all visual touchpoints. The ideal candidate will bring strong branding expertise, an exceptional design portfolio, and the ability to translate brand strategy into compelling visual stories while mentoring junior designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead brand design across digital, print, and marketing collateral.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines and visual identity systems.
• Design logos, campaigns, presentations, brochures, ads, and social media creatives.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams for brand consistency.
• Drive creative direction for campaigns and communication assets.
• Ensure all designs align with brand voice and business goals.
• Review and approve design work from junior designers.
• Stay updated with design trends and industry practices.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors for production quality.
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Design Skills:

• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong brand identity and storytelling experience
• Excellent knowledge of typography, colors, and layout
• Proficiency in visual systems and logo creation
• Experience with print and digital design production

Creative & Strategic Skills:

• Concept development and ideation
• Marketing design expertise
• Creative direction and execution

Soft Skills:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (preferred)
