About the Role


We are now looking for a Senior Brand Marketing Manager who will play a key role in elevating the Kolektif House brand, shaping our marketing vision, and driving impactful campaigns that strengthen our presence across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead the development and execution of the brand strategy in alignment with business goals and company vision.
  • Strengthen and evolve the brand identity across digital, physical, and experiential channels.
  • Develop long-term brand plans to support growth, customer engagement, and international expansion.
  • Create innovative 360° brand campaigns, ensuring strong storytelling and measurable impact.
  • Oversee creative concepting, messaging frameworks, and visual direction with internal teams and external agencies.
  • Manage content production for digital platforms, events, partnerships, and community programs.
  • Own and manage the annual brand & marketing calendar, integrating campaigns with product launches, events, and company-wide priorities.
  • Ensure consistent execution of the brand playbook across all teams and channels.
  • Collaborate with KoEvents, partnerships, and community teams to deliver brand-enhancing experiences.
  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand brand visibility and create new opportunities for engagement.
  • Support the social media strategy and ensure alignment with brand tone, visuals, and messaging.
  • Oversee KPI-driven improvements across website, digital funnels, and content performance.
  • Work closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Expansion teams to ensure brand coherence across the entire customer journey.
  • Partner with leadership on strategic presentations, brand guidelines, and executive communication materials.
  • Track campaign performance, brand health metrics, and budget usage with a data-driven approach.
  • Develop insights to continuously refine brand strategy and improve ROI.


Required Qualifications & Competencies


  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Brand Marketing, preferably in lifestyle or creative industries.
  • Strong experience in brand strategy, integrated campaigns, and creative direction .
  • Excellent storytelling skills with an eye for aesthetics and brand consistency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects, stakeholders, and agencies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in brand performance measurement.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English and Turkish.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and creative mindset — someone who loves building things from scratch and elevating brand culture.
