Senior Broadcast Systems Engineer

About the Role:
Manama is known for its growing digital media and telecom ecosystem, and at BulipTV Digital Media Networks WLL, we apply that same standard to broadcast and streaming technology. We build carrier grade IPTV and digital broadcast infrastructure that delivers high quality viewing experiences across multiple platforms. We are looking for a Senior Broadcast Systems Engineer who can take ownership of our broadcast architecture and ensure end to end system reliability. You are not just maintaining systems, you are shaping how content is delivered to thousands of users across the region. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams to bridge complex broadcast requirements with stable and scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
System Architecture:
Design and maintain broadcast headend systems including encoding transcoding and signal distribution workflows.

Platform Stability:
Ensure continuous uptime of IPTV and digital broadcast services through monitoring optimization and preventive maintenance.

Integration Management:
Work with content providers and telecom partners to integrate new channels and streaming sources into the platform.

Performance Optimization:
Analyze system performance and improve latency throughput and streaming quality across all delivery networks.

Incident Management:
Lead technical response during system outages and ensure fast restoration of services with root cause analysis.

What We Are Looking For
Experience:
Minimum 6 years in broadcast engineering IPTV systems or media streaming infrastructure with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.

Technical Expertise:
Strong understanding of video encoding protocols IP multicast streaming CDN integration and headend architecture.

Problem Solving Mindset:
Ability to diagnose complex system issues under pressure and implement long term stable solutions.

Pay: BD1,000.000 - BD1,600.000 per month
