NBK Wealth is recruiting for a Senior Broker for its Brokerage team in Kuwait.

Role Summary:

Cultivate a client base to develop and grow the business and clients. Implement the investment strategy set forth by clients and gather information to sell to high net-worth and institutional clients and monitor and develop the trading systems. Grow the relationship between sales and trading to be able to be a key team member and contribute to the overall efforts of the team.

• Gather information and research from different stakeholders to sell to clients and provide them with best investment ideas.
• Understand the investment style and criteria of each client to better service our client base while always staying focused on client’s needs.
• Stay up-to-date and understand the rules and regulations related to institutional trading & sales of the Capital Markets Authorities, Kuwait Boursa Company and other regulatory firms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in finance related majors.
• 3-4 years’ experience in an equity sales related job with a solid understanding of Capital Equity Markets.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of the regional markets and equities.
• Good equity trading knowledge.
• CMA qualification is required.
