NBK Wealth is recruiting for a Senior Broker - Retail Unit for its Brokerage team in Kuwait.


Role Summary: Support the management of the Retail Brokerage Unit team, including overseeing trade execution. Contribute to expanding the department’s client portfolio and organizing visits to NBK sales channels and clients. Engage with a diverse clientele, from individual investors to large corporate clients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute client instructions accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering top-tier customer service
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams
  • Liaise seamlessly with back-office and compliance departments to ensure smooth operations and adherence to SOPs
  • Resolve client queries efficiently, from trading and cash issues to corporate actions
  • Actively grow the client base through strategic sales visits, cross-selling, and engaging with potential new clients
  • Stay informed about market developments to anticipate client needs and provide expert advice


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • 3-4 years of relevant brokerage experience, with a solid understanding of regional markets
  • Proficiency in online trading platforms and a keen eye for market trends
  • Proven sales skills with a high level of motivation and initiative
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with credibility and rapport-building capabilities
  • CMA qualification is required (Passed examinations in CISI “Fundamentals of Financial Services” and CISI “Kuwait CMA Rules & Regulations”)
