SUMMARY
The Senior Budget Analyst reports to the Director of Finance and supports general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions. Senior accountant responsibilities include reconciling account balances and bank statements, maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures. A successful Senior Budget Analyst combines excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of accounting principles to analyze financial reports and forecasts. The ideal candidate has experience with nonprofit organizations, working in organizations with multiple subsidiaries, collaborating, and/or managing a team of accountants and junior accountants. Senior accountancy duties
include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.

REQUIREMENTS
WORK ENVIRONMENT
· On occasion walk or drive to different local sites throughout the day
· Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, and occasionally lift or carry up to 35 lbs.
· Combination of field and office environment
· May necessitate working in busy and loud environments.
· May be exposed to elements like cold, heat, dust, noise, and odor.
· May participate in training and staff development that requires local and out of state travel.
· Work regularly in a community that is exposed to gang activity, substance use, homelessness, and high unemployment rates.
· Must be available on call for emergency crisis situations with the ability to respond after work hours as needed for emergencies.
· This is not a work-from-home position.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
