bout the Role:
W
e are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Analyst to support logistical and operational functions critical to our payments and financial services operations. This role is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and coordinating the movement of equipment, materials, and inventory while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery to internal teams, partners, and merchants.
T
he ideal candidate is analytical, process‑driven, and comfortable working cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, IT, and Vendor Management teams.

ey Responsibilities:
A
n- alyze and monitor logistics data related to inventory movement, shipments, deliveries, and asset tracking
C
o- ordinate inbound and outbound shipments of payment devices, hardware, and related materials
M
a- intain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies across systems and vendors
P
a- rtner with vendor management and operations teams to resolve shipment issues, delays, or losses
P
r- epare logistics and inventory reports to support forecasting, budgeting, and operational planning
I
d- entify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risk
E
n- sure compliance with company policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements
S
u- pport audits and documentation related to logistics, inventory control, and asset management
C
o- mmunicate clearly with internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and logistics performance
Q
ualifications:
B
a- chelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

–- 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, supply chain, or analytical roles
S
t- rong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
P
r- oficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
E
x- perience working with inventory management or ERP systems preferred

b- ility to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment

x- cellent communication and organizational skills
