Senior Business Analyst

Primary Responsibilities Include:

● Independently lead the elicitation and documentation of business requirements

● Translate basic or complex business requirements into technical solutions with guidance

● Work with the technical team (architects, leads, developers) to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.

● Uses a structured requirement process to assess near-term needs.

● Liaise between business and technology teams to ensure quality software delivery.

● Work within defined parameters, taking ownership of problems within their area of knowledge, and identify and escalate the risk in advance.

● Implement business modeling and develop wireframes for applications/products using different tools.

● Perform gap analysis to compare the existing system with the proposed system and document new requirements, suggestions, and features.

● Participate in user acceptance testing and undertake the functionality testing of the new system.

● Write easy-to-understand user manuals, SRS, SOW, Analysis document, Gap analysis, Change list

● Coordinates internal, cross-functional technical reviews and updates documentation as appropriate

Required Skills/Experience: Minimum requirements:

● Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience as a business analyst with excellent knowledge of agile development methodology.

● Good with written and verbal English, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

● Must have strong software learning and documenting skills, and drive assigned projects with ownership.

● Knowledge or experience with client interaction and the requirements gathering process

● Must have good knowledge of wireframing tools such as Balsamiq or any other

● Ability to work independently, or in cross cross-functional team

● Familiarity with AzureDevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, and SVN is an added advantage

● “Can Do” Attitude

● Stay up-to-date on technological and product changes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
