Senior Business Analyst

Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and turn them into clear requirements.
Write user stories, document processes, and support the development team in understanding what needs to be built.
Act as a Scrum Master by leading Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Remove blockers and support the team in staying on track with project goals.
Communicate progress and updates with business and technical teams.
Help improve team collaboration and delivery practices over time.
Experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, or in a similar role.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum principles.
Ability to work with both technical teams and business users.
Organized, proactive, and a team player.
