Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze existing business processes in collaboration with business units and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and configure processes — preferably within SAP PP (Production Planning), QM (Quality Management), EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and SD modules.
- Work in close coordination with IT and technical teams for new developments and enhancements.
- Prepare test scenarios, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance tests.
- Provide first-level user support and manage the resolution of system-related issues.
- Take an active role in SAP projects (e.g., S/4HANA transformation, module integrations, process digitalization).
- Deliver user training sessions and promote effective system utilization.
- Continuously evaluate existing business processes and discover more efficient ways of working.
- Stay informed about advancements in software technologies (e.g., data analytics, artificial intelligence, machine learning) and translate these into process improvements.
- Provide first-level support for reporting and data requests from internal and external stakeholders, including training where necessary.
- Preferably have experience in MES (Manufacturing Execution System) processes, including production record management and work order tracking.
- Manage master data and perform mass data maintenance activities.
- Handle, prioritize, and track requests/tickets raised in SAP and MES systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in SAP PP, QM, or EWM modules.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of production, quality, and warehouse management processes.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good command of English is preferred.
- A strong team player with a project-oriented mindset.
