Key responsibility areas:
-
Expertise in RDBMS & SQL – Strong knowledge of databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Flat Files, XML, JSON and Semi structured data) and hands-on experience in writing complex SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts, and performance tuning.

BI Tools Proficiency – Experience in Power BI, SAP BO, QlikView, or OBIEE for creating dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.

Data Warehouse & Modeling – Understanding of ETL, dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake Schema), and OLAP/OLTP systems.
-
Programming (R/Python Preferred) – Good to have skills in R or Python for data analysis and automation.

Banking MIS & Data Warehouse Experience – Prior work in banking/financial data warehousing (preferably T24 core banking).
-
Strong Communication & Problem-Solving – Excellent verbal/written skills, ability to troubleshoot data issues, and handle challenging tasks.

ETL Knowledge – Familiarity with Informatica, SSIS, or DataStage for data integration.

UAT Coordination – Liaise between vendors, developers, and users to ensure smooth User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Project Management – Ability to manage projects from requirements gathering to delivery, including documentation (BRD, FRD) and testing (SIT/UAT).

Agile & JIRA – Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and experience with JIRA for task tracking.
-
Regulatory Reporting & Migration – Understanding of BASEL III, IFRS9, Central Bank reports and experience in data migration & reconciliation reports.

Compensation:
Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selectionprocess.

Leave:
22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based onthe city and countryof engagement.
