We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive business growth.
*Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT sector.
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, client needs, and competitors.
* Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to clients.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to create client-centric solutions.
* Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1 year of experience in IT sales, business development, or client relationship management.
* Strong understanding of IT products/services and technology trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Result-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
**Preferred Skills:**
* Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
* Networking and lead generation skills.
* Knowledge of software development lifecycle or cloud technologies is a plus.
