Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
• Conduct gap analyses and identify areas for process improvement.
• Create workflow diagrams, wireframes, and user stories to support project requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product, development, and QA.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solution delivery aligns with business expectations.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Indeed

Required Skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
