• Communicate with teams and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Explain ideas, solutions, and project needs in clear and simple language.
• Prepare documents like requirement notes, BRD/FRD, flow diagrams, and user stories.
• Study business processes, identify gaps, and suggest practical improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry practices, technology changes, and business trends.
• Use modern AI-based tools for documentation, planning, wireframing, and workflow improvement.
• Conduct and participate in meetings, discussions, and presentations.
• Support smooth project delivery and ensure the outcome meets the expected requirements.
