Role Overview- Executive Secretary to MD/Sr Business Analyst- Business Performance
The Executive Secretary will work closely with the C-level leadership team to support the development and execution of strategic initiatives of the company. This role is responsible for building financial models, conducting feasibility studies, analyzing market trends, and preparing business performance reports that enable data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to translate complex data into clear business insights for senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Executive Support

Collaborate with C-level management to drive and monitor the Group’s strategic projects and initiatives.

Prepare high-quality business presentations, dashboards, and performance review reports for executive leadership.
Financial & Business Analysis

Develop comprehensive
financial models

feasibility studies

cost-benefit analyses
to support investment decisions and new business proposals.

Prepare
sales budgets

sales targets
, and support
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
activities for the Group.

Conduct
gap analysis
for monthly sales and gross margins to support pricing and commercial strategies.
Market & Trade Analysis

Analyze global and regional
import and export trade data
to evaluate external market opportunities and competitive positioning.

Provide insight-driven reports to support business development and strategic planning.
Performance Reporting & Insights

Generate recurring and ad-hoc
business performance reports
with actionable recommendations for management.

Build and maintain
sales dashboards

Cost Control & Operational Efficiency

Implement cost control initiatives by evaluating financial and operational data, identifying variances, and recommending corrective actions.
Banking & Financial Relations

Lead interactions with financial institutions and support discussions related to

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
