Senior Business Analyst

Project Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to work for one of our client from banking industry.

Project goal is to maintain and develop solutions focused on OR CRM.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with colleagues at all levels and across divisions to derive, elicit, understand, and meet business requirements

• Translate business requirements into user stories to drive delivery within an Agile and SDLC framework

• Analyze existing solutions and processes to evaluate and prioritize improvements

• Focus on high availability of services and minimizing incidents and interruptions in production

• Partner with other agile teams to finalize requirements and handle dependencies across teams

prototype, elaborate, design, and implement robust solutions in close collaboration with immediate team and dependent applications, including third-party vendors

• Keep product documentation up to date (e.g., Business rules, Modeling, etc)

• Work closely with Product Owner to manage the product backlog, develop and achieve the product vision and strategy against bank's strategic business and technical goals

• Actively interact with clients and internal consumers to understand their needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context and competitor landscape

• Support pod/crew/stream Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals

Mandatory Skills Description:

• Minimum 8 to 10+ years of business analysis experience.

• Must be strong & highly experience in the Banking Domain

• Working in agile environments with a strong understanding of SDLC and product management.

• Ability to collaborate well with engineers, influence key stakeholders in different streams and divisions across the organization.

• Proven ability to drive change and manage implementation of product roadmaps, focus on client centricity and commercial success.

• Can work independently and autonomously; also being team player with a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind.

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

- Banking / Investment Banking previous experience is an added advantage
