Senior Business Analyst

Q-Pros is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to work with one of our clients in Dubai.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Gathering business requirements
• Performing requirements analysis
• Providing recommendations and insights based on data analysis.
• Collaborating with teams across multiple business areas.

Qualifications:

• 10-12 years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience in digital transformation is a must.
• Experience within UAE governmental entities is a must.
• Advanced experience in requirements documentation and illustration.
• Deep knowledge of ALM/SDLC
• Understands various digital technologies and architecture
• Understands various projects life cycle (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).
• Arabic Speaker is a must.
• Documents will be requested before the interview for evaluation.)

Required Skills:

• Fluent in English & Arabic, both written and verbal is a must.
• Strong attention to details and must be a critical thinker.
• Excellent research and analysis skillset
• A professional and positive attitude
