About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end process of gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into actionable solutions. You will manage product lifecycles, define functional specifications, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Strong experience in RFP preparation, vendor evaluation, and scoring is essential, as you will play a key role in procurement processes and vendor selection.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive product management activities, including roadmap planning and feature prioritization.
• Prepare and evaluate RFPs, ensuring compliance and value optimization.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather insights and validate solutions.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide domain expertise in airline operations, supporting decision-making and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis and product management.
• Strong understanding of airline operations and related systems.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
