About the role

Business Analyst (BA) is to drive business growth while ensuring the effective coordination

and execution of client-facing projects. This role combines strategic business development

with hands-on project oversight, requiring a proactive professional who can build client

relationships, close deals, and follow through to ensure smooth and successful delivery.

Responsibilities & Tasks

1. Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities through market research,

networking, and lead generation

2. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners to understand their

needs and provide tailored solutions

3. Develop, present, and negotiate business proposals, pricing models, and service

agreements

4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and execution of

client projects

5. Managed teams, facilitated communication, and assigned tasks using JIRA

6. Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams throughout the

project lifecycle

7. Maintain clear and ongoing communication with stakeholders, ensuring expectations

are aligned and met

8. Oversaw sheets, reports, and action registers for client implementations

9. Documented and followed up on key meeting actions and decisions.

10. Ensure smooth transitions from business acquisition to project implementation,

maintaining client satisfaction throughout

Job Description

Position Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer

Science a related field.

2. Experience: 3–5 years of experience in business Analyst, client relationship

management, or a similar hybrid role.

3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage sales

processes and project workflows.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills

1. Documented and followed up on key meeting actions and decisions.

2. Strong relationship-building skills to maintain long-term client and partner

engagement.

3. Leverage Agile methodology and Scrum practices to manage project development

cycles, ensuring iterative delivery and continuous business value

4. Project planning and coordination capabilities to support smooth onboarding and

execution.

5. Skilled in scheduling and monitoring project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-

time delivery.

6. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and align stakeholder

expectations

7. Familiarity with project delivery frameworks like Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

8. Time management and prioritization skills to excel in fast-paced, deadline-driven

environments

9. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management

platforms (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello).

Tools (Must have hands on working experience of required tools / software / application)

1. Project Management Tools: Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp – for coordinating internal teams

and tracking project execution.

2. Scheduling & Timeline Tools: Microsoft Project, TeamGantt – for managing timelines,

milestones, and dependencies.

3. Communication Tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom – for seamless communication with

clints and internal teams.

4. Proposal & Presentation Tools: Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, PandaDoc, Proposify – for

creating and sharing proposals and pitch decks.

5. Documentation & Collaboration: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office

(Word, Excel, Outlook) – for project documentation and reporting.

6. Analytics & Reporting: Excel, Google Sheets, CRM dashboards – for performance tracking

and KPI reporting

Goals / KPIs

KPI 1: Track how many qualified leads or business opportunities sourced or supported by

the BA turned into active client projects

KPI 2: Evaluate the smoothness of onboarding through documentation accuracy, clarity of

scope, and readiness of internal teams’ post-handover.

KPI 3: Ensure how effectively the BA coordinates with teams to ensure that project

milestones are met on schedule using tools like Jira or TeamGantt.

KPI 4: Assess frequency, responsiveness, and clarity of updates shared with stakeholders

(both internal and external), via Slack, Teams, or email

KPI 5: Evaluate the BA’s involvement in preparing impactful proposals or pitch decks and

whether those contribute to client acquisition or upselling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
