We are committed to improving healthcare access and strengthening social welfare systems. As we expand, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team.

Position Overview

As a Business Analyst within our Social Welfare Health Systems division, you will play a key role in analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and supporting the delivery of innovative healthcare solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders including government agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations to ensure solutions align with business goals and regulatory standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering & Analysis

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Conduct in-depth analysis of current systems, workflows, and data processes to identify improvement opportunities

Documentation

• Develop clear and comprehensive documentation including:
• User stories and acceptance criteria
• Use cases
• Process flows and diagrams
• Data models

Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement sessions
• Ensure alignment of expectations throughout the project lifecycle

Solution Support

• Work with development teams to ensure solutions meet defined business requirements
• Support solution design with a focus on scalability, compliance, and best practices

Agile Delivery

• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Manage and prioritize backlog using tools like Azure DevOps

Change Management & Continuous Improvement

• Support user adoption through documentation and training materials
• Stay current with industry trends in healthcare and social welfare systems
• Recommend enhancements for system and process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, IT, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• 2+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with requirement gathering and documentation techniques
• Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or social welfare systems
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Certifications such as:
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
• CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
• PMP

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
