Ayush Doctors is seeking a high-level Senior Business Analyst to lead our data-driven decision-making processes. In the rapidly evolving healthcare sector of Dhofar, we require a professional who can bridge the gap between operational healthcare data and executive business strategy. You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, forecasting demand, and modeling the financial viability of new clinical services on Saadah Commercial St and beyond.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Operational Analysis: Conduct deep-dive assessments of clinical and administrative workflows, identifying bottlenecks and proposing data-backed solutions to improve patient throughput and service delivery.
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Develop sophisticated models to project the ROI of new medical equipment, facility expansions, and specialized healthcare programs.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Monitor the healthcare landscape in Salalah, providing the board with regular reports on market share, pricing benchmarks, and emerging medical trends in the GCC.
- Requirements Engineering: Act as the lead liaison between clinical stakeholders and IT teams to design and implement bespoke Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and healthcare management systems.
- Performance Metric Governance: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all departments, from patient satisfaction scores to average cost-per-treatment.
- Regulatory Compliance Reporting: Ensure all business processes and data handling procedures align with the Oman Ministry of Health (MOH) standards and local commercial regulations.
Professional Profile
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4 years specifically within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance sectors.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView) is essential.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and translating technical data into actionable executive insights.
- Deep understanding of healthcare economics and the Omani regulatory environment.
- Bilingual Excellence: Professional fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory for cross-departmental coordination and regulatory liaison.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Informatics, or Finance; an MBA is highly preferred.
