Role: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Austin TX (local candidates only)

Job description:

• 8 years of experience providing complex quality assurance consultation or oversight for projects, assignments, or special initiatives.
• 3 years of experience with Agile methodologies, user story creation, Agile team participation, Agile ceremonies, and leading Refinement & Sprint Planning sessions.
• 3 years of experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
• 3 years of senior-level business analysis experience with limited supervision and independent decision-making.
• 3 years of experience analyzing program policies and procedures and determining impacts on automated systems and functional areas.
• 3 years of experience coordinating with vendors and contractors, assigning/evaluating work, and completing projects/service requests.
• 3 years of experience identifying business process automation opportunities and preparing proposals for new systems.
• 3 years of experience reviewing project deliverables including charters, design documents, test plans, and risk assessment plans.
• 3 years of experience developing training materials, conducting formal training sessions, reviewing test cases, and processing change requests.
• Minimum 4-7 years to experience Previous experience working with TDA systems.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour
