SyteLine Power User & Project Manager

Midco International is a manufacturer of industrial natural gas burner products. The company is seeking an Infor SyteLine Power User to join our team to implement, support, maintain, and improve our ERP environment. This role will work closely with stakeholders from all functional areas (IT, sales, customer service, planning, purchasing, production, shipping/receiving and inventory control) to transition the organization from the current ERP system to Infor SyteLine, Infor CSI). Applicants MUST have SyteLine Power User experience (applicants without SyteLine Experience will not be considered).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all project phases to transition the company to Infor SyteLine.
• Subject matter expert for all Infor SyteLine workflows.
• Train new employees on role specific Syteline usage.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for business and ERP processes.
• Work with users to troubleshoot system issues.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and capture business requirements.
• Analyze and document current processes, changes to processes, and/or new processes to be defined, including cross-functional impacts across business functions.
• Author and update internal and external documentation.
• Lead meetings, e.g., business requirements review, testing engagement, etc.
• Coordinate system/user testing as required; analyze and validate testing results.
• Support users with annual financial projects (cost roll, price roll, margin analysis).
• Act as a reference and provide support to application users with respect to questions arising from application/functionality adoption and use.

Qualifications

• +5 years of Power User experience with Infor Syteline ERP
• Experience with Infor Factory Track
• Bachelor's degree
• MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of prior Business Analyst experience
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
• History of leading groups in all business functional areas

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
