Senior Business Analyst – Mobile Banking & Fintech

We are currently hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join a major digital banking transformation program with one of Saudi Arabia’s leading banking institutions.

This opportunity is ideal for a strategic and technology-driven Business Analyst with strong experience in mobile banking, fintech, and regulated financial services environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business, compliance, design, and engineering teams to deliver seamless and compliant digital banking experiences.

-Experience working with SAMA Consumer Protection Framework (CPF) regulations is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for mobile banking products

• Translate business and SAMA CPF regulatory requirements into clear technical and design specifications

• Act as the main liaison between stakeholders, compliance teams, product owners, UX/UI teams, and engineering squads

• Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, gap analysis, and impact assessments

• Produce BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs)

• Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to ensure alignment between compliance, usability, and customer experience

• Support Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition

• Assist with UAT planning, testing scenarios, and post-release reviews

• Identify compliance risks and support continuous improvement initiatives

• Stay updated on SAMA regulations and assess impacts on existing and upcoming product features

Requirements

• 6–8 years of Business Analysis experience within banking, fintech, or digital product environments

• Strong hands-on experience with mobile banking applications and digital finance ecosystems

• Proven experience working with SAMA Consumer Protection Framework (CPF) regulations

• Strong technology background with understanding of software delivery lifecycles

• Experience collaborating with UX/UI teams, wireframes, user journeys, and design systems

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Postman, and AI workflows

• Strong presentation, documentation, and analytical skills

• Arabic language skills are highly preferred

• Ability to work effectively within fast-paced client-facing environments

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Contract & Location

• 1-year contract

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

• Onsite role | Sunday–Thursday | 9AM–6PM

• No travel required
