Senior Business Analyst AI

Are you a qualified Senior Business Analyst who thrives at the intersection of data, technology, and storytelling? Highgate is seeking a strategic, impact-driven consultant to help define and deliver scalable, user-centered digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization. This is a full-time, hybrid onshore position with standard business hours (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, CST).

In this role, you will lead business analysis and requirements development for high-priority AI and digital initiatives, including enterprise support tools and districtwide AI readiness efforts. You will define scalable, user-centered requirements that reduce manual effort, improve responsiveness, and enhance support for both operational and central teams. Your work will help establish a standardized, measurable definition of AI readiness by developing clear metrics, data sources, and tiering logic that enable consistent assessment and transparent reporting.

You will also identify and remediate data, process, and workflow gaps that limit visibility into AI literacy, technology readiness, and workforce preparedness. As part of this effort, you will help design a foundational AI learning ecosystem by defining structured learning pathways, badge progression, and core requirements for an AI learning initiative—ensuring solutions are usable, accessible, and aligned for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A key component of this role is translating complex technical and data concepts into actionable business requirements and compelling narratives. You will develop data impact analysis reports, curate data-backed anecdotes with supporting metrics, and deliver executive-ready presentations that clearly articulate the operational, instructional, and workforce value of AI-enabled initiatives. These outputs will support informed investment decisions and continuous improvement across the organization.
