We are currently seeking " Senior Business Analyst ".

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable university,
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst,
• Leasing Business knowledge is a plus,
• Having Financial Institutions or Banking Sector experience,
• Analytic and good level of technical knowhow,
• Analytical and thorough thinking,
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written),
• Able to work independently as well as s part of a team,
• Very high attention to details with a provident mindset,
• Considerable level of time management skill,
• Able to adapt oneself to a dynamic work environment,
• Willing to learn and develop.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Identify all impacted stakeholders and enable collaboration between them to understand their needs from a business and customer/user perspective,
• Gather business requirements and translate requirements into appropriate technical specifications,
• Understand and identify the correct resources to help validate both requirements and specifications,
• Provide lightweight documentation to capture important context on the project domain, whenever necessary,
• Conduct all related tasks in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, functionality/technical testing implementation, end-user interviews.
