Key Responsibilities

Act as a business analyst for Treasury and Investment product development projects
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout project lifecycles
Analyze business requirements and prepare detailed documentation
Support functional and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Investigate and resolve issues in production environments
Contribute to requirement gathering and project planning activities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, or Engineering
Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in banking, wealth management, or investment operations
In-depth understanding of Treasury and Investment products, workflows, and lifecycle processes
Experience with Trade Finance systems (e.g., Surecomp, Finastra, Eximbills) — CDCS/CSDG certifications are a plus
Familiarity with wealth management platforms (Avaloq, Temenos, FIS, SimCorp, Advent/Black Diamond, Upvest, Trade Republic APIs, or similar)
Technical skills in SQL, data analysis (Excel/Power BI), and API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI)
Understanding of microservices architecture and API gateways
Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to fast-changing priorities
Excellent English; German knowledge is a strong advantage
