Job Description
1-Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of new business initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
2-Evaluate business models and recommend tech-enabled strategies to support scalability and profitability
3-Partner with senior leadership to define the digital transformation roadmap for the organization
4-Collaborate with business teams to capture requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
5-Oversee UAT, pilot testing, and rollout of new systems, ensuring user adoption and operational readiness
6-Liaise with internal IT, product, and vendor teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions
7-Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget
8-Implement robust change management frameworks and ensure alignment across business units
9-Ensure seamless integration between LOS, LMS, CRM, accounting, and partner systems
10-tay abreast of emerging technologies, fintech innovations, and market trends to recommend strategic partnerships or system enhancements
Key Responsibilities:
1- 10–15 years of experience in business solutions, digital transformation, or process re-engineering roles, preferably in NBFCs / Banks / Fintechs
2-Proven experience in solution design, system implementation, and project governance
3-Strong understanding of financial services lending operations, including LOS, LMS, CRM, and digital onboarding
4-Familiarity with data analytics tools, APIs, and system integration concepts
5-Expertise in business analysis, process mapping, and workflow automation
6-Efficiency gains and process optimization metrics
