Senior Business Analyst (ERP)

Role: Business Analyst (Odoo, ERP Experience)
Experience: 4 to 8 years
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu - (only from Tamil Nadu, Kerala people required)

Description:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, a minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in Odoo ERP implementations or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and experience in conducting business process analysis and mapping.
• Familiarity with the Odoo ERP system, its modules, and its capabilities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
• Experience in user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management is a plus.
