We are currently seeking "Senior Business Analyst"

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree from Computer Engineering, Electric/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, MIS, Statistics, Economics or other relevant degree from university,
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Payment Systems ,
• Experience in fintech & digital finance or financial institutions,
• Being familiar with payment systems, e-money, e-wallet, prepaid card and payment solutions ,
• Having experience on transaction simulators such as MC, Visa, BKM or having previously worked,
• Being familiar with Switch , Clearing and Settlement Systems ,
• Having experience or curiosity the modification old software technologies to of new technologies,
• Experience testing processes, able to perform functional manual testing,
• Able to use tools such as Postman, JMeter, BloomRPC,
• Analytical and thorough thinking,
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written),
• Able to work independently as well as s part of a team.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Identify all impacted stakeholders and enable collaboration between them to understand their needs from a business and customer/user perspective,
• Gather business requirements and translate requirements into appropriate technical specifications,
• Understand and identify the correct resources to help validate both requirements and specifications,
• Provide lightweight documentation to capture important context on the project domain, whenever necessary,
• Conduct all related tasks in requirements gathering, definition, business planning, data analysis, process analysis, business and functional requirements analysis, system design, functionality/technical testing implementation, end-user interviews.
