Senior Business Analyst – Procurement Systems

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in procurement digitalization and enterprise system implementations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end projects, engage with stakeholders, and drive solution design, configuration, and optimization across multiple client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as functional SME for procurement systems (Source-to-Contract and Procure-to-Pay)
• Lead requirement gathering workshops and prepare BRDs/FRDs
• Drive solution design and workflow configuration, including approval hierarchies and business rules
• Manage end-to-end implementations, including testing, go-live, and post-go-live support
• Design and implement supplier onboarding processes, including governance and data quality controls
• Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations and data mapping
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend optimization solutions
• Conduct user training sessions and ensure stakeholder enablement
• Act as Key Account Manager for clients, handling escalations and maintaining relationships
• Support multi-location and cross-functional deployments
• Mentor and guide junior team members

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in procurement systems or enterprise applications
• Strong experience in S2C (Source-to-Contract) and P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
• Hands-on expertise in workflow design, system configuration, and business process optimization
• Experience in testing cycles (SIT/UAT)
• Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, solution design documents)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and client management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with leading eProcurement or ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, or similar)
• Exposure to ERP integrations and data migration projects
• Experience in multi-region or global deployments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
