Your Impact:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs
• Translate business requirements into technical deliverables such as catalog models, process models, data models, integrations, and user interface designs
• Design and implement BPM flows for IT domains (order provisioning, service orchestration, fulfillment)
• Act as a liaison between business and development teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues clearly in both verbal and written form to project stakeholders
• Drive collaboration in a high-performing team environment, fostering knowledge sharing and cooperative problem-solving
• Manage change requests effectively to prevent scope creep and ensure project success
• Contribute to mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices across the team

What You Bring to the Table :

• 3+ years of hands-on design and modeling experience in at least one OSS/BSS area: Product/Service Catalog, Quote Management, Order Management, Orchestration, Fulfillment/Provisioning
• Working knowledge of TM Forum Frameworks (TMF Open APIs, eTOM, TAM, SID, ODA)
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong understanding of BPMN/DMN, web services (SOAP, REST), and messaging systems (JMS, Kafka, etc.)
• Ability to write and review basic SQL queries for data analysis and validation
• Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams
