Role Purpose:
The Senior Business Application Analyst plays a vital role in leading the implementation, configuration, and continuous support of SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) and SAP SuccessFactors (SF) solutions. The position focuses on optimizing HR processes, improving system efficiency, and driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization in alignment with SAP best practices and strategic business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll.

Deliver expert consulting and configuration for SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, and Performance Management.

Translate business and HR process requirements into effective SAP solutions through detailed workshops, process mapping, and system configuration.

Design and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system performance, integration, and compliance.

Provide post-implementation support, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous improvement of system functionality.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and other enterprise systems.

Drive process optimization initiatives and propose system enhancements to improve HR service delivery and data accuracy.

Develop and maintain documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials.

Support change management efforts by training end-users and promoting best practices in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors utilization.

Stay abreast of emerging SAP technologies, system upgrades, and HR digital transformation trends to ensure innovative and future-ready solutions.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum
4 years
of experience in SAP HCM and/or SuccessFactors implementation and support.

At least
two full life-cycle SAP implementations
in the designated domain.

Proven experience in
SF Recruitment, Onboarding 2.0, and Performance Management
(mandatory).

Solid functional expertise in
Employee Central
, including Employee Hiring, Position Management, and HR Business Processes.

Experience with
Compensation, Succession & Development Planning, and Learning Management Systems
(preferred).

Familiarity with
SF Analytics, CPI, HANA Cloud Integration, or SAP Payroll
(an advantage).

Strong understanding of HR process analysis and solution design within SAP HCM and SuccessFactors environments.

Certifications in
SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors certification (preferred).
