ServiceNow BA Offshore:
Client wants to use the BA across ServiceNow including Onboarding. The BA should have a good knowledge in ServiceNow and should be independently participate in Discovery, should be able to refine stories. Will partner with Unum BA but should be able to handle partner interactions independently.
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to work across multiple ServiceNow modules. The BA will play a key role in the discovery, requirement elicitation, story refinement, and ATF onboarding, ensuring clear alignment between business needs and technical delivery. The role requires someone with strong ServiceNow functional knowledge who can partner with the customer BA but also manage stakeholder interactions independently.
Lead and facilitate discovery workshops with business stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements.
Translate business requirements into well-defined user stories, including acceptance criteria aligned with Automated Test Framework (ATF).
Refine and prioritize stories in the backlog, ensuring they are development ready.
Act as the bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring clarity and reducing rework.
Collaborate with the customer BA, while independently managing requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder discussions.
Support development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and validating story outcomes.
Ensure that stories align with ServiceNow best practices and platform capabilities.
Assist in UAT planning and validation by aligning test scenarios with business requirements.
10 to 12 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2+ years in ServiceNow projects.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, ITOM etc. depending on client environment).
Experience writing and refining user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow ATF and ability to translate requirements into automated test stories.
Excellent facilitation skills to run discovery workshops and backlog refinement sessions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to interact directly with business users and IT teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and backlog grooming practices.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Exposure to Integration Hub and ServiceNow reporting/analytics.
