About the Job

Auxilium Hub Corporate Services is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Business Setup and Company Formation Services in the UAE.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of business registration processes, UAE legal frameworks, regulatory compliance, and licensing procedures across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions.
This role requires excellent client management skills, leadership abilities, and the capability to streamline end-to-end setup processes for clients.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage incoming sales inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, walk-ins, and referrals.
• Follow up with new and existing clients and update all interactions in the CRM.
• Educate clients on company formation procedures, business activities, eligibility requirements, free zone rules, and terms & conditions.
• Attend business networking events to generate leads beyond marketing sources.
• Train and develop new business setup consultants to increase sales productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with free zones and channel partners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high conversion ratios.
• Perform CRM management and ensure accurate lead documentation.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge, including competitor packages and market trends.
• Prepare monthly reports comparing the number of leads vs. sales achieved.
• Coordinate with Compliance and Operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
• Conduct regular mystery shopping to analyze market competition.
• Provide excellent customer service from initial inquiry until final company setup closure.
• Assist clients with documentation, requirements, incorporation processes, and visa-related services.
• Provide clear, transparent, and accurate information tailored to client requirements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports as requested by the line manager.
• Manage, guide, and mentor a team of business setup consultants.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in business setup, company formation, legal compliance, or corporate services in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE company registration processes (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and market awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
