Strong SQL skills for data analysis and validation

Advanced skills in Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)

Experience with data visualization and storytelling

Ability to interpret trends, patterns, and anomalies in data
Business & Domain Knowledge

Strong understanding of business processes and operating models

Ability to work with stakeholders to prioritize requirements

Experience writing business requirement documents (BRD) and functional specifications

Familiarity with Agile / Scrum delivery environments
Data Governance & Quality

Understanding of data quality, data definitions, and business rules

Experience working with Data Owners and Data Stewards

Ability to define business data standards and glossaries
Communication & Stakeholder Management

Strong communication and facilitation skills

Ability to bridge business, IT, and data teams

Comfortable presenting insights to senior leadership
Education & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data, or related field
CBAP, PMI-PBA, or data analytics certifications are a plus
Experience

3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or analytics

Proven experience translating business needs into data-driven insights
-
Experience working with enterprise data platforms and stakeholders
