Role Summary :
The Senior Business Development Manager will lead the company’s growth initiatives in the KSA market by identifying strategic opportunities, cultivating high-value client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role involves strategic planning, team collaboration, and active participation in business expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with company objectives in KSA.
• Identify and pursue high-value business opportunities and partnerships.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify emerging trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product) to align client solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior business development staff.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in KSA.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi business landscape and regulatory environment.
• Proven experience in B2B, tech, or startup sectors.
• Established network within the KSA market is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency highly preferred.
• Experience in managing teams and driving revenue targets in a competitive market.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and reporting tools.
