Eazisols is a dynamic software company that specializes in custom web application development and digital marketing solutions. We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Developer with 3–5 years of expertise in managing Upwork and Fiverr accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing client projects while contributing to the company’s growth by leveraging freelancing platforms and strategic business development initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management

  • Manage, optimize, and maintain company profiles on Upwork and Fiverr to ensure maximum visibility and lead flow.
  • Develop and implement winning strategies for proposals and bidding to secure high-value and long-term projects.
  • Mentor junior BDs and review proposals to ensure quality and consistency.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand business and technical requirements and close deals efficiently.
  • Handle complex negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract finalization.

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts during project execution, ensuring client satisfaction and issue resolution.

Strategy & Reporting

  • Define business development strategies aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on KPIs, conversion rates, revenue growth, and project success metrics.
  • Stay updated with freelancing platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to improve performance.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Developer or Senior BD, with hands-on management of Upwork and Fiverr accounts.
  • Strong track record of winning high-value projects, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining long-term clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, customized proposals.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, or training junior BDs is a strong plus.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in IT services, software development, or digital marketing industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, and sales reporting systems.
  • Understanding of pricing models, project scopes, and delivery workflows in software services.
