Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) – Night Shift

Location: SMCHS
Shift Timings: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

We are hiring a motivated and target-driven Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong experience in Upwork bidding and international client acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Upwork and other freelancing portals professionally
• Generate leads and acquire international clients
• Communicate with clients, prepare proposals, and conduct follow-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams to close projects successfully
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Upwork experience (mandatory)
• Experience working on other freelancing portals is a plus
• Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets of $3,000–$4,000+
• Good understanding of CMS, Website Design & Development services
• Familiarity with SEO and Digital Marketing services is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced night shift environment
