Position Overview
We are looking for a
high-caliber Business Developer
with strong experience in the
Hypermarket & Modern Trade sector in Saudi Arabia
.
This role is not operational — it is
pure growth, expansion, and deal-making
.
If you don’t have strong connections and proven results in hypermarkets, this role is not for you.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute
growth strategy
within hypermarkets (Carrefour, Panda, Danube, Othaim, etc.)

Open new accounts and secure
listing agreements
-
Negotiate
commercial terms, margins, and promotions
-
Build strong relationships with
category managers and buyers
-
Drive
sales expansion
and market penetration
-
Identify new opportunities for
product placement and expansion

Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, supply chain)
Requirements

Minimum
5+ years experience
in FMCG – Hypermarket / Modern Trade (KSA)

Proven track record in:

Strong network with
key decision makers in hypermarkets

Deep understanding of:
