The Senior Business Development Consultant role is open for Qmaizen Quality, a UAE based consultancy firm established in 2017, dedicated to empowering businesses to navigate the complexities of compliance and trade.

About Our Client

Qmaizen Quality offers a comprehensive suite of services, including product registration, certification, trade compliance facilitation, streamlining the preparation of trade documents, managing logistics and shipping, and optimizing supply chain operations.

Job Requirements

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the TIC sector across Egypt and the MENA region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to analyze client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to create tailored service offerings.
• Ensure all business development activities align with relevant compliance and regulatory standards.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
• Monitor KPIs and sales targets, providing regular performance reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Training certificates related to ISO and Regulatory Compliance preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar Business Development or Senior Sales role within the TIC industry.
• Strong knowledge of Compliance and Trade Regulations in Egypt and the MENA region.
• In-depth understanding of the TIC sector.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the Egypt and MENA region.

Working Conditions

• Location: UAE
• Working Days: Sunday - Thursday
• Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
