Senior Business Development Consultant - TaaS - Dubai About the Role

We're growing our UAE team and looking for commercially sharp, people-driven consultants who can do two things well: open doors and deliver results. This isn't a pure sales role and it isn't pure recruitment - it's both. You'll be building relationships with clients, understanding their projects, tech talent needs, and working hands-on with our delivery team to get the right people in place.

What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and growing a client base across the UAE and wider GCC, selling Socium's TaaS solutions to tech enabled businesses
- Running full-cycle delivery - sourcing, engaging, and placing tech talent against active client requirements
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning TaaS as the solution to their hiring challenges
- Managing relationships from first conversation through to successful team builds and beyond
What We're Looking For
- Background in a staffing or talent solutions environment
- Genuine understanding of the tech sector - comfortable holding a credible conversation with engineering and technical leaders
- Proven new business development ability - you can build a pipeline and close
- Strong delivery instincts - placing people matters as much as the sales
- Self-motivated and energised by a high-performing environment
