Senior Business Development Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Business Development Director to lead strategic growth initiatives and expand our presence across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region. What you'll do:

• Lead business development strategy across GCC and international markets
• Identify and secure new corporate partnerships and strategic clients
• Drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and expansion opportunities
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• Develop go-to-market strategies for new services and offerings
• Collaborate with leadership teams on growth planning and market positioning
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and industry opportunities
• Represent the company in high-level meetings, events, and negotiations

Requirements:

• Experience in business development, sales leadership, consulting, or corporate growth roles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills

Pay: ﷼28,000.00 - ﷼45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
