Senior Business Development Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Director to lead strategic growth initiatives, expand market presence, and develop high-value business partnerships. What you'll do:

  • Lead business development strategy and market expansion initiatives
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and strategic partners
  • Support revenue growth and long-term commercial objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to support business goals
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and strategic business plans
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership opportunities
  • Monitor performance metrics and business development activities
  • Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, and industry engagements

Requirements:

  • Experience in business development, sales leadership, commercial management, or strategic partnerships
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and growth initiatives
  • Commercial mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with leadership teams and external stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Knowledge of market expansion and client management strategies is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ﷼22,000.00 - ﷼40,000.00 per month
