Shift Timings: 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM (Night Shift – Onsite)
Salary Package: PKR 100,000 – 120,000 (per month)
Location: Onsite – Karachi

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in business development, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new opportunities, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
• Develop and deliver impactful business presentations, proposals, and pitches.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets consistently.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.
• Mentor and guide junior business development executives to enhance team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build and maintain professional networks.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online platforms for lead generation.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
