Senior Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic professional who can handle lead generation, business development, and field sales. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in outreach, relationship-building, and converting interest into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation

• Identify and connect with students, parents, schools, colleges, universities and working professionals.
• Generate qualified leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and educational networks.
• Maintain a high daily outreach volume.
• Guarantee the achievement of quarterly inside sales targets.
• Manage outbound calls to generate new business opportunities

Business Development

• Build partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, training centers, teachers, and tutors.
• Represent the company at education fairs, school visits, and community events.
• Pitch career counselling and study abroad services to institutions.
• Follow up on leads daily using our CRM system or Excel, so no opportunity is lost.

Outreach Sales (UAE)

• Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, universities , and student communities.
• Distribute brochures, hold awareness sessions, and collect leads on-ground.
• Meet weekly and monthly meeting/lead targets.

Requirements

• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• 2+ years Experience in Education sales, field work, or business development of study abroad programs required.
• Familiarity with the UAE education sector will be beneficial
• Comfortable with outreach and target-driven environments.
• Should be based in UAE and willing to travel locally.
• Must be confident and closing the sales.
• High energy, professional, and capable of multitasking under pressure.
• Should have UAE driving License.
