We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups via phone calls and emails to maximize conversions.
- Present and clearly articulate our services, solutions, and value propositions to potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions aligned with business needs.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
- Own the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in CRM tools.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
- Provide insights and feedback on lead quality, market trends, and client expectations.
- Mentor or guide junior sales team members when required.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role (preferably in a software house or IT services company).
- Strong understanding of digital services such as website development, software solutions, or related offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and high-value opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong decision-making skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and email communication platforms.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience dealing with international clients is a plus.
